I recently spent two nights at Kai Hotel Boutique Adults Only, which had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic—just a short walk from the ferry and central to everything in Isla Holbox. However, I faced issues with the hot water being sporadic in the shower, and the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable (which is common in the area).
